Designation – FP&A
Location – Bangalore

Role: You will have to work closely with the senior leadership to prepare comprehensive business plans and analyse data and opportunities. We are looking for someone who has extremely high consciousness on
hygiene with regards to Accuracy & Presentation of Data. You will have to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and work under stringent guidelines.

Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of 5-year business plans / AOPs.
2. Preparation of MIS with Budget vs Actuals frameworks.
3. Cash flow planning / forecasting.
4. Ad-hoc analysis to analyse opportunities support decision making w.r.t. build vs buy, scenario analysis, valuations, etc.
5. Projections.
6. Risk analysis
7. Variance impact
8. Due diligence
9. Transaction advisory
10. Corporate finance ideally with some investment banking / transaction advisory experience

Requirements:
• CA / CFA Qualified
• Strong MS Excel skills with significant experience in complex excel models (Business plans / Valuations / Budgets).
• Familiar with financial terminologies such as CAGR, Volume vs Value drivers, Gross Margin. EBITDA Margin, Operating leverage, ROCE, Payback, IRR, etc.
• 5-6 years’ experience post qualification
• Good stakeholder management/communication skills
