Job description

• Preparation of MIS reports of Group companies  in the expected format of CFO and management.
• Consolidation of MIS reports from various branches of the group on a monthly basis and report to CFO
• Ensure receipt of the reports from all branches in time ( daily/weekly/monthly) and its consolidation accordingly for submission to CFO
• Present an annual internal audit plan by reference to the risk management framework to CFO for his approval.
• Agree action plan necessary to implement the audit recommendations with the CFO of relevant department.
• Ensure that the revenue leakages, if any, are identified and escalated to CFO
• Objectively review an organization's business processes
• Evaluate the efficacy of risk management procedures that are currently in place
• Protect against fraud and theft of the organization's assets
• Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes
• Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes
• Observing the target business environment
• Inspecting the specific risk management, financial reporting and productivity strategies that are currently in place
• Confirming whether the goals and objectives of the business are being met
• Identify business objectives, risks and evaluate key controls
• Interact with Company management and key personnel to build / maintain ongoing business relationships by utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills
