Job Description

1. Work Experience- The person should have 5-8 years of post-CA experience in a good company and should have work experience in Corporate Accounts with preparation  of consolidated financials with thorough knowledge of IndAS.

2. Principal Accountabilities:

1.Ensure timely guidelines to all concerned regarding accounting of company transactions aligned to Ind AS, Company policy and other requirements

2.Ensure proper and timely consolidation of SBU accounts and preparation of company accounts

3.Ensure proper and timely consolidation of Subsidiaries accounts and preparation of consolidated company accounts

4.Ensure accounting of all transactions of the company timely in fair and correct manner

5.Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements and handle audits

6.Support the Management in decision making by ensuring timely, proper and proactive supply of information

7.Initiate process improvements to make the accounting function more robust

8.Budget preparation and ensure proper monitoring and controlling of the Corporate expenses through adequate Budgetary Controls

3. Experience/Knowledge:

1.SAP working experience

2.Good working knowledge in Ind AS

3.Computer savvy

4.Team player

4. Educational Qualification:  Chartered Accountant
