Job description

We are looking for candidate who can assist in setting up the wealth management of the family office.

Analysis of various Investment opportunities such as Private Equity, Direct Equity, PMS, AIFs, Venture Funds, Unlisted Shares, Bonds, MLDs and other debt funds and Real Estate sector and Structured Products like REITs, InvITs, Derivatives etc.

Research for suitability of the products offered by distributors & advisors, identify best risk adjusted, tax efficient, event specific trading & investment opportunities, identify cash flows & income requirements, and establish targeted returns for assets under management

Continuous review of the portfolio including re-evaluation of investment objectives, portfolio rebalancing and review of periodic portfolio reports

Assistance in Estate Planning, Tax, and regulatory compliances

Coordination with consultants and investment advisors in commercial and legal matters 

End-to-end involvement in the preparation & audit of Quarterly and Annually Standalone and Consolidated financial statements 

Monitoring & reviewing banking & financial activities such as ODI, SBLC, FCTL etc. and ensuring preparation of monthly and quarterly accounts of US entity

Working closely with CFO and managers in the identification, evaluation, and analysis of various business decisions consisting of capital budgeting analysis based on the application of NPV, IRR, payback period tools

Responsible for monthly account closure, preparation of MIS reporting packs, variation analysis of financials, assisting in preparation review of board packs, audit packs, budgeting and supporting team for accounting related aspects

Assistance in Tax, and regulatory compliances of LLP & other group entities
