Job Description:-

Position: Commercial Manager - Plant

Location : Joka Plant

Reporting to:  Deputy GM, Finance & Accounts

Roles & Responsibilities.

The Incumbent will be responsible for:-

1. Plant Accounts :

• Plant accounts and MIS preparation for Joka plant as well Plant MIS of Kalyani Plant.
• Review and control of accounting activities of the plant Joka and Kalyani Plant.

2. Costing

• Handling Costing function of TIL, Product costing.
• Review of product costing on a periodic basis
• Preparation of cost record and cost audit related data for auditors
• Timely filing of cost audit
• Review of standard costing in quarterly interval and necessary update wherever required.

3. MIS

• Expenses variance Analysis
• Plant Performance Analysis and other MIS’s

4. Commercial activity:

• Involvement in cost control and reduction activities.
• To participate in key commercial decisions

5. Budget:

• Preparation of Plant Budget in discussion with operation team (Both Joka and Kalyani)

6. Control:

• Inventory control along with operations.
• Review of production confirmation.
• Control on RGP.
