POSITION TITLE : Commercial Finance Lead and Domestic ATTA FP&A

REPORTS TO : India Finance Director

KEY OBJECTIVES

To be a strategic partner to business ensuring timely and appropriate Pricing decisions, Commercial decisions and driving efficient cost to serve. Responsible to handle Atta P&L from end to end and give strategic insights to the leadership team.

To lead a team of 4 and ensure that the sales system complies with all commercial policies laid down by the Organization. Responsible for managing and driving efficient trade spends and ensure financial controls and statutory compliances from commercial standpoint.

Job Description: Domestic ATTA FP&A

• End to end ownership of the Domestic Atta P&L Revenue and Gross Margin Achievement.

• Build Robust business plans for the year with strong revenue building blocks, and realistic assumptions on Pricing and Margin improvement opportunities.

• Drive discussions with supply chain and sales team on key risks and opportunities of revenue forecasts

• Work with Operations team to understand key movement in the commodity market and analyze competition benchmarking to build the right pricing strategy across channels and platforms.

• Review actuals vs plans and provide clear insights to the Sales team , operations and leadership on key actions to be on track to hit the year targets on topline and bottom line

• Manage trade, promotions and media spends for the category.

• Assist management in key decisions on deciding investments and projecting deliverables.

• Work with cross functional teams on new product development.

• Encourage cross functional dialogue to identify new initiatives and opportunities to deliver higher top line and bottom line. Track initiative till go live.

Job Description: Commercial Finance Lead

• Strategic business partner to Sales ensuring most efficient cost to serve across channels

• Own and drive commercial prudence across Ecommerce, Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channels

• Lead a team of 4 to deliver as a team excellence in reporting, systems and control, statutory adherence, and Business partnership.

• Responsible for books closing and Balance sheet sign off for India business.

• Drive Strategic projects to identify and reduce wastages for India Retail

• Assist management in key decisions on deciding investments and projecting deliverables.

• Review actuals vs plans and provide clear insights to the Sales team, operations and leadership on key actions to be on track to hit the year targets on topline and bottom line

• Manage trade, promotions and other inputs related to Channel, Specific Modern trade or Ecommerce accounts.

• Work with cross functional teams on new product development.

• Support business with RTM changes.

• Lead projects related to digitization and automation of sales processes

INCUMBENT PROFILE

CA/MBA with 10 or more years of experience in areas such as Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance, People Management preferably in FMCG industry.
