Deal Pricing & BFM Role
1. Business results
➢ Enable business with commercials modelling and pricing.
➢ Co-own with GAE/Account head in achievement of Plan financials for the year.
➢ Proactively driving pricing and commercials
➢ Help sales team with proper pricing analysis
2. Financial Stewardship and Risk Management
➢ Drive culture of compliance and control within the business unit
➢ Participate in process improvements at Corporate level
➢ Establish a comprehensive risk management system that proactively identifies risks as they appear on the horizon and propose appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
➢ Drive compliance on MSA and SOW sign off.
➢ Support controllership and GBL with revenue and OB related queries.
➢ Contribute to enhance processes within order booking and DPS.
Co-own the financial plan of the business unit along with the business head
Revenue governance (including client interactions for deal closures and contracting; forecasting,
Margin governance (including cost take-out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost reduction,
rate hikes, cost analysis),
Working capital governance (including unbilled reduction, timely invoicing and collection,
improving debt ageing and PDD)
MIS for the business unit including sales performance tracking and other analytics
People management – internal stakeholder management
Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, cadence and resilience.
Preferably CA & MBA
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with teams in different Geos
“Can do” attitude and faster learning curve
