Job description

Business Finance manager role requires working with cross-functional teams and involves following key
responsibilities:

Lead cross global functional teams in developing finance strategies to support a strategic alignment with
company’s Business Operations, and Corporate departments on company goals & initiatives. Manage
financial goals that result in strong customer satisfaction, align with company strategy, and optimize
costs and supplier relations. Influence senior leaders in setting direction for their functional areas by
linking finance and business strategies to optimize business results.

1. Co-own the financial plan of the business unit along with the business head.
2. Revenue governance (including client interactions for deal closures and contracting; forecasting,
revenue recognition)
3. Margin Governance (including cost take out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost reduction
analysis);
4. Working capital governance (including unbilled reduction, timely invoicing and collection,
improving debt ageing and PDD);
5. MIS for the business unit including sales performance tracking, incentives and other analytics
6. People management – internal stakeholder management
7. Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, cadence and resilience.

10. Commercial Structuring and Deal pricing for multiple lines of business
11. Margin governance (including cost take-out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost reduction,
rate hikes, cost analysis),
12. Working capital governance (including unbilled reduction, timely invoicing and collection,
improving debt ageing and PDD)
13. MIS for the business unit including sales performance tracking and other analytics
14. People management – internal stakeholder management and managing a direct and indirect
team of 3-4 CAs/MBAs
15. Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, cadence, and resilience.

Preferably CA & MBA
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with teams in different Geos
