Job Description of Audit of PO and FI based Freight and Transhipment Invoices

• Conducting concurrent audit of PO based  invoices with compliance to defined CTQ and SOP.
• Conducting concurrent audit of Freight invoices with compliance to defined CTQ and SOP.
• Conducting concurrent audit of Transhipment invoices with compliance to defined CTQ and SOP.
• Verification of GST and TDS related compliances and timely reporting of non-compliance for corrective action
• Verification of Bank Guarantee validity and submission of observations.
• Resolving relevant query with Manager.
• Timely submission of complete Audit observations to Manager
• Resolving query with P2P and TCS teams and arranging timely RCA for observations.
• Suggesting areas of process and system improvement based on Audit findings.
• Acquire SAP knowledge.
