Job Title:Junior Project Manager
The role holder will provide project management support, business services support and also help manage the workforce strategy for the business.
What will you be doing?
The role holder will support PMO and business management activities for the business.
The role holder will liaise with Business and relevant stakeholders including Global IT teams and Vendor partner.
The role holder will create content for senior stakeholder communications – newsletters, dashboards, power point presentations.
The role holder will liaise with delivery teams for collating inputs in their respective areas, which will feed into the dashboard/ PPT.
The role holder will get involved in resource/ workforce discussions with delivery teams and create overall workforce plan for the business.
The role holder will work with senior stakeholders in business and technology for setting up programme/ project review meetings.
The role holder will work with the delivery and business management teams for organizing town halls, on-sites.
The role holder will prepare agenda for above forums and circulate it will all stakeholders, ahead of the meeting.
The role holder will note down actions/ minutes of meetings and maintain a log of all open/ closed actions.
The role holder will assist in establishing a Project Governance structure and also share Project Management reports.
The role holder will prioritise projects as per strategic business objectives, and also design and track various program and portfolio performance KPIs.
The role holder will be involved in analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

The ideal candidate should be educated to a degree level or above and should preferably be a BE/MBA/CA.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of English language with strong written and verbal communications to deliver against our commitment to providing a world class service and drive our dedication to the client experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the field of Project management and will have awareness of key concepts of Software Development Life Cycle in the banking domain.
The right candidate will be action orientated, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of work. Known for high energy and productivity the right candidate will be able to deliver quality results with a challenging, positive, influential style.
The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity and pragmatism with an ability to conceptualise and deliver at speed. A sound commercial approach should be a priority with a focus on best practice.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify, attempt to rectify and appropriately escalate issues and risks whilst having an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving, with attention to detail at all times.
