Job Description

The role assists in Statutory Consolidation for the international business of the company. It involves preparation of Monthly consolidated financials, global governance framework. The role has regular interactions with stakeholders from overseas entities which become both a customer and supplier for the person responsible for the role. Role specifications 1. Consolidation and Reporting  Timely preparation of Consolidated financial statements - P&L, Segment, Balance sheet, Cash flows of the group on quarterly and annual basis with detailed disclosures and notes to consolidated financials under INDAS.  Audit support and Co-ordination - Statutory auditors of Holding Co. and Subsidiary cos. for quarterly and Annual audit,  Liaise with statutory auditors to discuss open audit issues and ensure timely closure thereof. Ensuring Nil audit observations in Audit report of overseas entities.  Analysing and posting Consolidation adjustments.  Review of Statutory auditor’s audit committee presentation  Preparation of Annual report and XBRL filing  Preparation and review of Monthly Consolidated Financials for reporting to Senior management.  Assisting with acquisition and disposal accounting and business transfer review.  Liaising with entities around the world to provide guidance and advice on technical accounting and Group policy requirement.  Ensuring Intercompany transactions and balances are reconciled and eliminated on monthly, quarterly and Annual basis.  Eliminating investments in subsidiaries 2. Governance and analysis  Preparation and analysing Exchange rate on monthly basis and  New accounting standard /interpretation roll out viz., Lease accounting, IFRIC 23 on taxes etc.  GL account maintenance in Consolidation software & ensuring user discipline  Thorough Balance sheet scrutiny once a quarter/half year  Supporting Automation of accounting and reporting process. Skills required  Good communication skills/presentation skills  Strong Microsoft Excel skills`  Experience of Emerge or any other tool for consolidation

Education  Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years in Corporate finance in Manufacturing industry  Should be well versed with Ind AS, hands on experience in Consolidation of subsidiaries.
