Department Finance Job Description:

We are looking for a Deputy Manager/Manager-Finance who should be overseeing Internal Audits, Banking, Statutory Complainces and other relevant things and analysing everyday financial activities. This candidate will also look to make improvements to procedures and controls and drive the continuous improvement of end to end accounting practices. He should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.Ultimately, he’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

 Prepare financials as per Ind AS and liaison with statutory auditor.

 Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting  Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls  Ensuring all direct compliances of the company and timely response to tax authorities on all their queries  Support in Preparing details for income tax assessment/appeal cases and liasioning with tax authorities/tax consultants of the company  Manage all Taxation (Direct / Indirect)  Audits (Internal Audit, Tax Audit and BS Reviews)  ICOFR / Internal Controls  MIS, Budgeting and Forecasting  Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting  Manage and comply with local, state, and reporting requirements and tax filings  Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls  Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors.  Continually identify risks to delivery, propose solutions where necessary and effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughout.  Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.  Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow  Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity. Skills and Qualifications  Incumbent should be Chartered Accountant (Qualified in 1st attempt / all levels)  Proven working experience in finance operations  Has an exposure of leading team. Good Communication skill  2+ years of post-qualification experience  Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process  Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing is required.  Also exposure in business finance is an added advantage.
