Job description

This role will be responsible for delivering the BU objectives of revenue and profit. The role requires closely working with the business team to ensure that the business plans are delivered.t will entail budgeting, continuous reporting and reviewing the business performance.

The role requires to work on long term planning / strategy for the BU, analyze and drive better pricing and improved costing with multiple stakeholders. It will also include reviewing of various deals, agreements and ensure management of working capital and championing internal controls for the business unit

Business Partnering
i) Provide end to end Sales and Operations support which includes Customer Onboarding, Price Master Maintenance, Revenue Share calculation and Payments.
ii) Drive business analytics for business reviews, Board presentations and other adhoc management reviews

Performance Monitoring
i)  Review of Lab expenses and control over the spend to keep full year spend - budget
ii) Work extensively with the costing team to update all financial performance
iii) Monitoring of Monthly/quarterly/Yearly A&P Budget vs Actual

Budgeting, Planning & Forecast
i) Proactively work on business planning, long term roadmap through the strat plan, S&OP and budgeting exercise
ii) Drive plans for achieving revenue, marketing contribution and EBITDA for the business unit

Audit & Compliance:
i) Ensure no re-raised audit observations, reduction in audit observations
ii) Review all new contracts and ensure compliance for all transactions, ensure contract renewals before expiry

Process Optimisation:
i) Partner with business to optimise /improvise processes
ii) Automate existing processes
