DEPARTMENT Finance DESIGNATION Manager Finance ABOUT THE ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE METRICS • Prepare and finalize financial statements and consolidate accounts basis accounting standards • Drive excellence in cash flow forecasting, intercompany, revenue reporting, month/quarter/annual close process etc. • Participate in the execution of external and internal audits, providing all the required information to the auditors (statutory, tax, GST, etc) • Handle statutory compliance regarding filing various returns and timely compliance of GST, PF, ESIC, TDS, etc • Prepare investor documents including monthly MIS report, developing monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical reports highlighting the financial metrices • Develop reporting and analysis to drive cost productivity efforts and highlight risk and opportunities • Ownership of expense accounting- payment to vendors, employee reimbursements, salary payments, etc • Drive process improvements in the forecasting and reporting process to provide increased insight and efficiency to business and finance leaders • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company • Review of accounting policies, notes & other disclosures • Lead and manage a team to ensure execution and delivery of work on time • “Go to finance person” for internal stakeholders in partnering for various initiatives and build a strong rapport with external stakeholders like auditors, bankers etc. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS • Should be a CA with minimum 4 years of experience (post qualification) in Finance profile • Must have completed articleship from a renowned company • Strong knowledge of accounting and should be expert in Tally • Strong knowledge of filing GST and various returns (like TDS, PF, ESI etc) • Should be process oriented and have strong work ethic • High level of dedication with an ability to do multi-tasking.
