Taking end to end ownership of the AOP process, ensuring a high quality, granular, timely process
First point of call for alternate channel teams on finance related queries
Monitoring and review of customer outstanding, credit limits and ensuring overdues are under control and should be able to interact directly & independently with customers on various finance related matters.
Overseeing process controls w.r.t. to commercial and accounting activities (AR, BTL schemes, claims, GST) and driving process improvements agenda for alternate channels
Responsible for claim settlement & customer reconciliation
Responsible for statutory & internal audits and ensuring zero audit observation
Troubleshooting for the operational issues on GST, customer claims, RTVs, price differences
Sales Finance
Monitoring, budgeting, forecasting& analysis of trade promotion spends
Developing business intelligence and benchmarking for sales & commercial activities
Preparing various MISs for KPIs tracking and reporting
Partnering with relevant stakeholders for the organization level initiatives.
Building analytics on overall investment by trade partners and driving initiatives to optimize it.
Skills required
Excellent accounting knowledge
Good logical and analytical skills
Thorough understanding / working knowledge of SAP
Strong MS-Office working knowledge
Excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to influence various stakeholders
Managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities at the same time
Good leadership skill
Education
Chartered Accountant
2-4 years of relevant experience post qualification
