As usual the CA Final Results created a bell curve of happiness for the candidates.
There were 159,308 students who appeared for the exam.
Its 12,825 new CAs, as compared to 12,449 CAs in last term, almost flattish at 3% growth
Placements
In ICAI Campus Placement, 3521 jobs were accepted by the candidates.
So, if we extrapolate that to the current lot, ~27% of the cohort can be placed through campus. CTC for CA Freshers have also hit new highs.
